Return & Exchange Overview
At ZDHOORKYA, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our Banarasi sarees. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy, our refund and return policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
It must be in the exact same condition that you received it, including the original fold.
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be completely intact and attached.
The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Non-refundable Items
Several types of goods are strictly exempt from being returned:
Custom-tailored or altered items, including sarees where the blouse piece has been detached or stitched.
Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotional events.
Gift cards and digital vouchers.
Refund Timeline & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please allow 7-14 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping, if covered by us initially, will be deducted from your refund. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Process for Returns
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact our support team at support@zdhoorkya.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, clear photographs of the item, and the reason for the return.
Wait for our team to approve the return request and provide you with a Return Authorization number and our official shipping address.
Securely package the item in its original packaging and ship it back to us.
Important Exceptions
We thoroughly inspect every item before shipping. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs, for verified defective items. In rare cases, exceptions to this policy may be made at the sole discretion of ZDHOORKYA management.
